Bad hair do

This salon has unprofessional and unqualified people working there I made an appointment from my mom and I to do our hair when I came on vacation to South Africa the hairstylist tht was doing my mum Hair kept telling my mom she didn't know and was await my direction on What to because I work on abroad doing hair be in mind I never worked with those colours I was forced to help and my mom hair did not come out right I told the lady that own the place she said come in the week I called but the salon made it like it was my fault my mom hair did not come out right and wanted to give me the same lady that doesn't know about hair to do my mum Hair the treatment and service I got was very disturbing
