Typical 2nd hand car dealers??

Very disappointed in the service, assistance, communication and overall customer experience from Karen Gouws. We were Ignored on our request with with even with a R1000 discount or better trade in. Only response we received when arranged own finance was ‘we expected you to use our finance’ Never was this discussed, nor given as an option to offer us a discount or any other our benefit. Furthermore, were charged R1,500 to ensure registration of the vehicle – this was not done!! We just had to pay R487 and 3 hours in queue in the post office to get the registration complete. Furthermore, the incorrect documents were handed to us, so we had to leave the counter, complete the correct document and back in the queue. Time is money for us too! At the end, after 3 more emails back and forth received R357,06 back. Car was delivered with less than a half tank petrol. Every single car I have ever bought had a full tank petrol and even a little gift basket. Send an email to the Dealer Principal Kobus Willemse and is still waiting for a reply.
