Bad costumer service

My name is Babalwa Gxumisa(Buhlalo),I own a Renault Clio 4,brown in colour,reg no.:HJH519EC,I sent the car to prestige auto body repairs in February 2015 but the incident happened in November 2014,and I was promised by willem that the repairs will only take three months. My car hasn't been finished even now and everytime I ask about what's going on,they keep making excuses and brushing me off. It's not fair because I gave them the money for repairs upfront as they demanded but now no one seem to have time for me...
