Poor Service and Lack of Accountability

I have taken couple of my dry cleanable trousers and suit to Press in Time Blue Hills in Midrand. Upon receiving the clothes, few days later when i unpacked them, because i wanted to wear the suits, i found out that one tailored made trouser has been burned and the suit jacket was damaged and not in the state it was when i dropped them off. The jacket looked like it was immersed in direct water or chemicals. The colour of the jacket faded and there was no signed of the jacket being ironed. I was informed that the trousers couldn’t have been burn by them as their iron aren’t hot to burn the clothes. With regard to the jacket, the owner said the jacket is a normal wear. To my surprise is that the suit trouser is in good state and does not match anymore with the jacket. The owner didn’t take responsibility and accountability for both the damages caused by his staff members.
