Presidential Realty CEO Ugo owes money since July 2024

Presidential Realty let my unit in Sandton, took the rental money the tenant paid, but did not pay it over to me. They owe me an amount of R47 500 since last year July 2024. The CEO, Ugo, has made many empty promises to pay - he is just stringing me along. He has kept R47 500 that he owes and refuses to pay.
