Presidential Realtor: A Review and Concerns I am writing to share my experience with Presidential Realtor, specifically regarding my interactions with the owner, Ugo LA. While I initially had hopes for a positive experience, I encountered several challenges that I believe are important to note. Firstly, there were instances of miscommunication regarding property availability. Some properties listed appeared to be unavailable or already committed to other clients. This led to some confusion and disappointment. Secondly, the communication process could have been more streamlined. There were times when responses to inquiries were delayed, which caused some frustration. I believe these issues could be addressed by improving internal communication and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided to clients. I hope this feedback is constructive and contributes to a better experience for future clients of Presidential Realtor.
