Unprofessional service and bad workmanship

I would like to warn future clients on this business. The lady delivers poor workmanship beds n when the client shows their dissatisfaction she blocks their calla. Can a child's bed base be stapled together. So the client has no alternative but to go to the consumer council. Has any other clients had similar problems? Yes I saw more reviews now. BE VIGILANT
