POOR WORKMANSHIP

I've had the worst experience with Presidential Kids. Owner delivered poor workmanship, the bed is falling apart. The day after installation, the steps of the ladder broke with nails protruding. The base of the beds have sunken in. This has now resulted in a legal matter due to the owner not willing to rectify the issue or refund us.
