This woman is a *****. She delivered a bed to me that is not what she advertised AT ALL, after asking for a refund she agreed and also agreed to leave the bed at my premises untill my refund has been processed, however after her guys left my home and I emailed a formal refund request she threatened me with a debt collectiom agency should I not settle the amount owing, claiming that I have received what I paid for. I have been spending 5 months trying to get my money back with her latest respond being that she will not make things easy for me. She posts **** reviews, her business premises in Isondo does not exist as the Ombud has been there, she has not responded to any of the National Consumer commissions request or answered their calls as she claims in her threatening messages to me. Do not ever buy anything from this woman as het products are ******* and as you will see from the screenshots on my google review she has no issue *****ing your money and then laughing in your face!
