Totally useless

The presidential hotline is a total waste of time! I asked for help in trying to resolve my numerous City of Jhb issues, especially the drastic overvaluation on a totally dilapidated property,all they do is give you City of Johannesburg 's landline number that rings once,no wonder country is in such a mess.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
