Still nothing

Spoke to ADA on the presidential hotline, talk about poor service. She does not listen what I am trying to explain to her. She placed me on hold without reason. She also blind transferred my call to her colleague, who also dropped the line as by this time I was irritated and wanted to speak to a senior. It's not enough that we as citizens does not get assistants especially seniors then their agents still want to treat you like *******. She wanted to give me contact details of a department which refused to help us and then she still have the nerve to ask me are you taking this number or not. Because this is the people you need to contact not us. I thought the hotline was for service delivery. Also I sent an email to the presidency in July already no answer, Come vote time then u suma get sms to vote ANC and DA. The mayoral office also don't care about their people in aid. As long as they can drive fancy cars and live in beautiful warm houses we mean nothing but just a vote. I am really fed up of our this country gets run. Thinking nothing of its people.
