Reference number not valid

10 days ago I logged a complaint with the presedential hotline and I got reference number and was told that I can use my id number as a reference as well. <br> <br> I called today to follow up on the issue and spoke to Amukelani who informed me that the reference number that I had was wrong. And that nothing was linked to my ID number.
