Presidential hotmail USELESS

Utterly waste of time, money, and energy. Words CANNOT describe how I feel about the so-called president of this country and his useless ministers, departments, and SOEs. Called to report an issue, I was given a reference number and advised to contact them in eight days. Did that and I was told the "investigator" hasn't responded to them. Follwed-up again, same story. It's no surprise this unit is so useless, the very person established it is just as useless as it. It is the exact representation of it's founder.
