POOR SERVICE FOR A SEEDBANK

Purchased items from this company on 30 November where they promise your delivery takes between 1 to 3 business days. It's the 16th of December and I have not received my order...

They don't help much with tracking orders either..

When requesting a refund nobody gets in contact from their customer service.
