President park, Central apartments, 31 Brand street

I've stayed at 31 Brand street, President park, Central Park apartments for a year now, and last year they started charging us R200 for keeping the lights on during loadshedding, now there hasn't been loadshedding for atleast 4/5 months, but they still charge us that R200 fee. This is very unfair, they are literally pocketing atleast R80k every month for nothing. I'm leaving here as soon as my lease expires in 2 months. I wound advice any ine to stay here. All my friends who ask about the place I would always advice them not to come here coz it's ridiculous. I've also seen alot of people leaving on a monthly basis.
