Bad service, unexplained charges

They started charging residents R200 during loadhsedding for diesel and it’s been over 5 months now and they are still charging residents for that? Why is that the case, no one knows. I’ve tried to contact them about this and they just ignore everyone! Wouldn’t recommend especially for 31 Brand Road, President Park (Central Park Apartmenta)
