WOW - this is service

I contacted the branch when I realised that a tray of eggs I bought from them are rotten. I refused to drive to the store to have it replaced as I was not prepared to transport the rotten eggs in my car. Riaan contacted me and arranged for someone to drive to my house to replace the tray. I did not have a slip as I never keep my grocery slips and even after I realised that it was in fact after the expiry date, he was still prepared to replace the eggs.<br> <br> Yesterday he drove to my house himself and replaced the tray with a double tray. Now that was more than what any other supermarket would have done. Even though I was not planning to do my shopping at any other store than President Hyper, this behaviour just confirmed the reason why I do shop there.<br> <br> This was the first time I was dissatisfied with something from them and their reaction was great. All I can say is thanks.
