Worst milk tart ever
I bought two milk tarts from the President Hyper Vaal store on Thursday the 12th of May. The first milk tart I ate was fantastic as per usual with President Hyper goods. The second milk tart tasted very bitter with a foul taste. I am not sure what happened but whatever it was, it tasted disgusting. President Hyper Vaal, I will be visiting your store on the 16th of May to bring the milk tart to you so that you can taste how awful this milk tart is. I expect quality goods from President Hyper so I would like the defective product to be exchanged because this is unacceptable. I have the till slip as proof, let's sort this out.

17 May 2016, 08:06I visited the store yesterday and there was nobody at customer care to assist me. I am very disappointed and feel that President Hyper neglected me as a customer. I hope that this attitude hasn't become the norm.
