Very unhappy with president hyper krugersdorp

I purchased a washing machine Friday 31 Mei 2024. Paid R6000 for it.. I'm not happy with the quality and noise of this machine so after calling president hyper krugersdorp to return i was told there's no return policy?? However any other shop has a 7day Return policy.
