Unacceptable

I've done a review on Hello Peter regarding the product I bought from Tevo but at your store so seeing that you are selling this I would like you to also know about this matter and phone me so that this can be solved.

The message to Tevo:

I bought a Tevo vacuum machine at President Hyper in Fochville. I've taken it back and they've send it for repairs to Tevo TWICE!

I received a call and they informed me that the filter is blocked. I told them that it's impossible as I've already taken the filter out and cleaned it myself and I've taken it to the garage to blow the filter clean exactly the way the person from Tevo explained to me they clean their filters. Now they want me to buy a new filter but I'm not satisfied with this product and I want a new vacuum machine or my money bac****
