The worst I have ever experienced

<p>I buy every month from President hyper krugersdorp and the service there is appalling. I went in today to buy a desktop fan and went to the express till (10 items or less) there were people with 20 plus items so I went to the sigarette counter to pay for my one item and they refused to take my money as they can only ring up sigarette. Watching other people buying cold rink an chocolates and paying for it. Th8s does not make sense as I am In retail my self and will go to any length to ensure a customer get the service they pay for but in this store it is not the case when you ask for Tony ( manager) they don't call him and if you phone he does not take the call l. It seems like they don't need the money after all</p>
