The worst customer service

The customer service at the meat section is the worst, this happened a few times and today I was fed up, my husband and I stood their for a few minutes before attended too there was 2 ladies one looked a bit old with spectacles and a male they were having their own conversation till one of them said “customer” we asked for bones and one of the ladies went in the butcher and came back and said “there’s no bones” we then walked around and passed by again 2 customers were given two each big packets of bones and seemed like they all knew each other relatives or friendship

I’m appalled at the way they treated us we not the only customers that were told there’s no bones that’s not a government facility we spend money their we don’t get anything for free. I’m annoyed because it’s not the first time this happened
