Stollen Iphone 15 at President Hyper Vaal by butchery side

On 18/03/2025 at around 15:00 I was at President Hyper ( Vaal) doing my grocery at around 15:20 while I was at the Butchery (pork side) my phone was ****** within a second when I turned to searched for a meats my brand new Iphone 15 was ******,as I checked the white old lady was near my trolley where my phone was on top of the trolley below my black woolworths bag and she pretended as if she's talking to the husband. I screamed and she asked me what Iam looking for and I said my Iphone 15 ,after she said I must go and report .I went to the ladies who are working at Bilton as they were closer to me and reported after they advised me to go to customer care and report.Indeed I reported to the Head of Security Mr Mathebula.I was surrounded by only white people at the butchery where my phone was taken.The was a camera visible.Later Mr Mathebula came and informed me that, the very same suspect that I suspected they indeed took my cell phone and left the shop.After he advised me to open a ******** case at Police Station and indeed I opened it and block the Iphone at vodacom store.Next day I went to Mr Mathebula requesting for the footage as I got the case number unfortunately he told me that I can't access it unless I come with Detective whose investigating my case with docket and case no. In that case I can access it and it will be up to me what I do with it.Honest speaking I was very dissapointed as his changing his story Iam not sure if this this goes by the race as some people who also lost items in the store were given opportunity to go through the footage. Nevertheless I went to Police Station with 2Detectives and Mr Mathebula was not around and the lady that works under security told me that I can't go inside because iam a civilian mind you iam the victim and I was told that If I bring detectives ,docket and my case no.I will be allowed to access the footage .Further more Detective came back and told me that the cc footage by the butchery (pork)it not working so they can only see feets moving and I was on visible when I went to report to the ladies who are working at Biltong and customer care.Well Iam very concerned about the service delivery and the number of customers who have lost their items inside the shop without getting any help from President Hyper Manager and with cameras that are not functioning while the rate of theft/shoplifting is increasing. Security that is not helpful therefore it nolonger safe to do grocery at President Hyper.Till today no Manager from President Hyper called me and have a word with me and they don't display pictured of people who are doing shoplifting/theft.
