Rude service

I went to president hyper in Krugersdorp after a while not shopping, when I got to the store with my frame mask, the security guard stopped me and said I'm not allowed to enter with it. I tried to explain to him I have a mask infection he didn't take my word, he told me do whatever you want to do but you won't go in with that.

President hyper do not care about their customers and I realized that they take advantage because they have lots of customers so for them to return 10 a day they do not feel it I guess.

They do not even have a note about mask rule that is pasted somewhere just to notify customers about it. Worse after they returned me I went around Krugersdorp guess what it is the only store with that nasty rule.
