Rotten Meat

I will never buy meat at President Hyper Fochville again, today I took back several packs of chicken that was rotten. I took meat back multiple times because of the meat been rotten, that includes Steak, Stewing Beef and Chicken and then the Wors and Mince I took back that had peaces of BONES in them.

Every time I take the meat back they promise me to solve the problem and that they will make sure I will never get rotten meat from them again, well guess what I GOT ROTTEN MEAT FROM THEM ONCE AGAIN.

Now lets get to Customer Care, today when I took the Chicken back the lady working at Customer Care is very very rude, her words was "Give me the MOTHER ****ING chicken here" sorry for the language, I'm just saying it the way she said it to me ( While the store manager was sitting next to her). I don't know about President Hyper but I don't call that Customer Service at all!!!

It doesn't look like they have any kind of Quality Management System in place to prevent something like that.

I am disgusted with their meat an the service I got from Customer Care
