as im isolation due covid 19, my have to alone to president hyper as it was pay day for EMFULENI LOCAL MUNICIPALITY workers (23 july 2021 ). my with draw money R8000 from capitec bank in side President hyper, As she was busy taking staff that we need ( grocery ) the was people who was following her inside the store PRESIDENT HYPER - Vanderbijlpark and they take R8.200 money for grocer and cell phone and ID document and the security show her video of those people from the shop the parking and security confirm that this is not the first time and people are being rob in side the store, today 26 july 2021 we have to go to Home affairs made id and its money , shop owner didnt come to talk with my wife and President hyper (vanderbijlpark ) is liable for the cost of personal effects ****** from customers in a store. These losses would have to be claimed by the consumer from their all risks insurance.”its a responsibility of president hyper in vanderbijlaprk to provide a safe environment and take resonable step prevent such thing in store , this is a negligent of security and manager to implement reasonable security measure , now we dont have food as im in isolation for covid and i have 2 asthmatic children . i tried to call minister Bheki cele to complain on friday , .the manager was not called and even today wehavent hear anything from the president hyper .
