Please refund my money

Good day Sir,

On Friday the 10 January 2020 I was at president hyper vaal. While I was paying they replaced a cashier which she accompanied by the supervisor and apologized for the interruption and they were busy on the till. To my surprise when I got home I paid for otems that did not belong to me and worse I did not leave the store with the itemz. I'm very disappointed because I can't go back and claim my money because I dont have proof that those items did not belong to me, unless if you check the camera to confirm my grocery.

Kindly advise on this matter because it not the first time something like this happens and I'm not happy about this issue.
