PATHETIC SERVICE KRUGERSDORP PRESIDENT HYPER

I bought a fridge at president hyper Krugersdorp in august 2019 only to find that the water dispenser was not working I went to the shop to report the matter they said they will send someone to come and check what is wrong with the water dispenser ,but no one came I went to ask they kept on promising and then there was lockdown they told me that they cant go out because of lockdown ,I kept on asking about the process and I was told by the lady called Jane that the guy who is in charge of matters like this is off sick they cant help me the last time I went back was on Friday the 14th 2020 to ask jane whether they are going to help me or not then she went to speak to Tony I saw Tony saying to Jane that she must not come to waste her time,Jane stood there speechless without a word ,and then I was told they will send someone to come check the fridge over the weekend I waited at home nothing happened,no one came I am really angry and frustrated as I took my savings to buy this fridge and now the water dispender is not working.I also bought a kettle and it stopped working I went to the shop to complain the same guy Tony sais to me that he can't exchange the kettle because its working so I said to him that I would never bring a working kettle and claim that its not working so I went back home with a kettle that is not working so the service at president hyper Krugersdorp is just pathetic they just don't care and customer service is really BAD
