Overcharged again!

We do our monthly shopping at your store. I went through my slip, as I am buying die my mother as well, and noticed that we were charged TWICE die the large weetbix. This is not the first time this happens. We stay in Henley on Klip so it's not a case of quickly go back and sort this out. The cashier shows Victor van Rensburg but it was an African lady that worked at the till. PLEASE educate your staff to be more accurate with scanning. I can not as a customer, CHECK EVERY item that is scanned to see if it is correct. This makes me distrust the integrity of your staff! I am an unhappy customer!
