On the 1st of October

On the 1st of October. I was doing shopping at president hyper Vanderbijlpark. I was assisted by the lady named (Sinenhlanhla Ma***ana) the cashier gave us a very bad service. And we spend thousands and thousand on a monthly basis. Not only that, on the second of October the matter was escalated to the supervisor named Nicolas. I used my airtime to find out the out come of my complain. Nicolas never got back to me till this day. I am very disappointed to get such poor service from the very big store....
