old food!

I'm so disappointed in President Hyper Vaal, yesterday 15 03 2015 I bought a red velvet cake from your bakery at the tables next to the bread. I invited people over for cake when I cut the cake it was so old that the icing is falling off and the cake itself is so hard and dry it crumbles like a cookie. I felt embarrassed in front of my guest! On the sticker of the cake it shows it was packed 13/03/2015 I don't believe that do you know how old a cake actually should be for the icing to fall off and for it to crumble like that ? in January 2015 I saw with my own eyes how staff take the cake from the rack and remove the old stickers and reprint new stickers with new dates when I confronted them they told me no the cake was wrongly marked , but now I believe that you are baking to much cake and don't get it sold its then when you reprint packed and sell by stickers! I'm a regular customer that comes to your shop every Sunday to buy my groceries for the week and cake for Sunday afternoon tea but after that old cake I don't think that I will return soon. Precedent hyper came to Vanderbijlpark with a big bang (new broom) 20 November 2014 but looks like all is falling apart.
