NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Awhile ago me and my mother went to go do our shopping at president hyper in the Vaal. Before we were done we were standing looking at gas stoves there was one that we liked, they guy that there was really helpful. On the 22/01/2020 we then decided to go back to possibly to purchase that specific gas stove. When we got there we were standing around waiting for someone to guys saw us standing there but didn't offer help when i approached him he was more interested with his cellphone and immediately said its not his department he at least had the decency to go call somebody when the salesman arrived he didn't even try sell the product i asked him about safety features and he didn't know anything not even trying to find out he cellphone music was playing so loud i had to raise my voice just so that he could hear me he asked me if i wanted it. That is pathetic wants to sell a product but doesn't know the specs, I'm really disappointed i turned around and left sorry President i got my gas stove somewhere else. Your staff needs to know how to treat customers can't complain about service because they don't have customer service, there cellphones are more important than customers.
