MUD OF A CAKE

My brother ordered my mom's 59th birthday cake at president hyper in vanderbijlpark and when he went to pick it up they had made the wrong flavor (he asked for chocolate). They politely said they would make/give him another cake, but instead what he got was a horrific mess of 90%icing and 10% sponge cake, the icing was not even close to chocolate and the writing on top seemed like it was written by a 5 year old. We are extremely disappointed as a family and my mother's 59th birthday dinner was almost ruined by that mud of a cake.
