Microwave and attitude from store manager

Good day I bought a microwave with you guys 2014 and now my microwave Jude went quiet and return it to Krugersdorp then I was advised that in store warranty was over no problem asked for numbers to Take it to Samsung because it said 10 year warranty on the microwave then Antony the Store manager said he can take it for me to samsung and they will fix it and I said ok . Weeks went buy I was call early August to fetch my microwave that was nice but was told that I need to pay R495 to the store and asked why because no said anything that I need to pay anything till today and the lady said because what was broken was not under warranty and I said fine but I was supposed to be told and she said Samsung sent a quote to president hyper and they approved the quote without telling me which is half of what I bought the microwave with I was suppose to be told but no one said anything so I need my microwave back I will see what I do I'm willing to pay any cent I escalated the matter to samsung and they called the store and was told that the store manager will call me with a way forward I need my microwave back and I'm not paying anything I need it back the way it was he admitted it was his mistake and I have the recording if nothing happens I will escalate this to consumer act
