Learn to open on time or at least give the customers an explanation

On the trading hours board for President Hyper is says the store opens at 8:00 on a Sunday. Al of the customers were standing and waiting until 08:45 before the doors were opened. They didn't even give us a explanation for what the problem was. When asked what was going on they just said that we have to wait.
