Extremely bad customer service by President hyper

My Name is Portia. I leave I leave in Powerville Park next to president hyper. I am so disappointed with the service render by the money market team. I was there several time's to withdraw money only R400 but they keep on sending me back home saying the is no money. The ladies working there so not friendly with an attitude and dont care for their customers. They dont even go extra mile to try assisting their customers. They behave as if they are tired and they dont like what they doing. Why does a company that big not having money for their clients and wanting us to suffer all the time. Where should I go because they are the one that is convenient for me because they are two minutes aways from me. They should give their staff training as to how to render customer service with an energetic attitude. I am really disappointed
