EXCELLENT SERVICE - TV REPLACEMENT

#SupportLocal I bought a TV in November 2018 at President Hyper, Krugersdorp. I lost the receipt and on the 12th March 2020, my TV malfunctioned. I visited the store and explained my situation whereby I was advised to revisit my banking statement if ever I used my card for the purchase.

I indeed managed to track my transactions from 2 years back, and after retrieving my purchase slip from their archives, they gladly replaced my TV.

Big ups to the entire staff that was active in resolving my dilemma for which my R2 899,00 initial purchase price would have been forfeited. We need service providers like you where customer is still given respect for their hard earned money.
