Efficient customer service!

We bought a PS Chocolate bar with our monthly groceries, and only found it was not in any of the packets when we got home. I contacted the store through their website, and was contacted within an hour, the whole matter resolved and the chocolate delivered to our front door before 5 o'clock.Customer service of this kind is rarely seen, and because this simple chocolate meant a lot to my 8 year old, this is really very much appreciated.
