Debts twice

On the 15 August, I went to President's Hyper for groceries shopping . My groceries costs me R1934.40 and that amount was debited twice. I informed the consumer care and was told they will reverse and refund the money with their bank FNB. Since then, I have been phoning them everyday till today 23 August and haven't received my money back. I stay in Soweto and travel to Krugersdorp for my shopping every pay day for shopping at their store, but they treat me as nothing. Even e-mailed the Director *** and nothing has happened.
