Complaints on deaf ears or people don't care

I always love shopping at president hyper in krugersdorp but on my last couple of visits to the center standing in line in my car for 15 to 20 min due to Uber car drivers blocking the road to drive because the park where they want is not acceptable I do under stand that it's their job but they just block traffic if they park where they want and you try to complain numerous times still no improvement and I called center manager but the person I should speak to is not available I ask for a call back no call back as yet so next step is to just not recommend to go their.
