Bad service ever

Yesterday I went to President hyper in Sharpville and helped by Rosina ooh what a bad service i received. I paid my grocery and then she got mother in law spice and there was no barcode . I took it from the shelve like that. She couldn't scan it and asked me where I found the spice i told her from the shelve. And she asked me which shelve and I said where you pack spice. And she repeated the question i answered again and then she told me to go and change the spice with attitude and I didn't go. I told her to find someone to go and then then the other lady went and said "woo y making it an issue" I said but it's not my problem that it doesn't have barcode and she said it's not her fault also she is not the packer she is a cashier so she didn't pack the spice . She inserted my card and turned the machine she didn't even ask me to put pin . I entered the pin and my card declined how i don't know. She said It didn't go through of which there was funds on that account . I had to use someone card . She needs to change her attitude and provide good service but I will never never go to her again
