bad service and manager to busy to talk to customers

After trying to talk to store manager en number of calls trying to get hold of him/her regarding their bad manners handeling my wife while standing in line. I will never buy from them again. Month after month we travel about 316km to buy from them. But If a manager can not call you back after many messages left, that is sending a clear signal to me as a loyal customer.
