Bad service

Very disappointed with the branch manager got to the start at 8:45am this morning n special was still on on the shelf when I get to the tills they giving me different stories, the floor manager came n assist n override most of the stuff will they busy removing the signage on the the shelves then once they where do with all that there was kne item that was not override then they telling me that the promotion ended n is not on the shelves anymore, explain to him that when I walk in the price was there now he buzy debating with me telling with an attitude about the terms and conditions. How surprising that they could override some n can't do the other item.... and don't even have decency to apologize. If the management socks how will stuff treat customers with respect.
