bad service

On the 23rd of march 2016 i went to president hyper to do my groceries, i went to customer services to check if they have DStv decoder for R499.00, while standing there lady said i complete rain check receipt. so everything was completed and took my receipt. i went turn back there was child behind me and fall over the bicycle. everything happended to quickly and i dont understand why i fell. Store manager took my numbers and will check on me and till now nobody called me. The following date i went there to check and said they send a footage to head office and no call received. Manager said its not their fault as it was customer's child and its not their responsible. disappointed.
