Bad customer service.

This Krugersdorp supermarket's butchery manager service is the worst I have ever experienced. He was on the floor where the customers buy, and I asked him to cut certain portions of a Lamb pack that they had on special for me. I showed him exactly what portions to cut smaller for me and what portions not to cut. He accepted and went inside the butchery. When he came out again I thanked him for doing me the favor and I left to go and pay for the items I bought. When I got to the pay point I actually saw what they did. The portions that I requested to be cut smaller were just cut in half and some of the portions that I did not want cut were also cut. I called for the store manager and complained about this and he got upset and told me that they actually do not allow for bulk packs to be cut. Now WHY did the butchery manager accept to cut my bulk pack for me? Then the store manager wanted to make the excuse that maybe the butchery manager did not understand me. My argument is that if the butchery manager can not understand such a simple instruction he should not be working there. The store manager was prepared to go and get me other meat but I was in a hurry and had to accept the substandard product. It is a shame that a store can get so big that it does not care about customer service anymore. I can bet any amount that the owner of this store will NOT accept such bad service.
