Bad Attitude Towards Clients

I received a tender to supply rural schools with daily nutrition foods and was referred to your store by my family member who told me that I would not only get good prices but excellent service.This was just a pilot exercise hoping to get first hand experience for myself, the staff on the floor were excellent until I got to the pay point and met a lady called Ivone Xenekwana (45).What shocked me was when she asked me \DO YOU WANT A PLASTIC OR WHAT?"I said to her hold it you don't talk to me like that"
