Bad attitude and service

I bought a kiddies meal that came out with a free toy of choice as i asked the lady to show me more toys in the box that was hidden under the table I was told it was for staff so why are they kept in front of the customers eyes the lady supervisor by the name of Pertunia told me that they are doing me a favour we exchanged words till it needed security intervention as everybody was watching a scene.
