Appalling Service and Dishonest Response from The President Hotel

Our experience with The President Hotel was completely unacceptable. What was meant to be a simple business stay turned into an exhausting and frustrating ordeal. Upon arrival, we were told to wait while rooms were being cleaned, only to spend over an hour waiting in the lobby with no update or assistance. Despite being physically present and following up, the hotel later claimed we were a “no show,” which is completely false. To make matters worse, when we tried calling on the same evening to resolve the issue and lodge a complaint, no one answered the phone. We eventually had to find alternative accommodation late at night, at our own expense, because the hotel failed to attend to us. Now, they refuse to take responsibility or offer compensation, hiding behind the false “no show” excuse instead of acknowledging their poor service. This level of dishonesty and disregard for guests is deeply disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone planning to stay here to think twice, the management’s lack of accountability and the staff’s poor service made this one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
