You don't get what you see on the catalogue

I purchased a duvet set from a Pres Les sales agent. I have attached herein the pictures that I saw before purchasing the set. When the set arrived it looked nothing like what was advertised on their catalogue and on their website. It literally looks like something I can get from downtown for R500. The material is terrible and looks cheap. I paid R3769 for the set and R200 for delivery. When I wanted to return the goods I had to again pay R265 for returning them to Pres Les.

What I find unfair is that in addition to paying delivery fees they have said that they will take 25% for cancelation fee. This cannot be a fair practice, all I was trying to do was support an unemployed person who is trying to make a living. The product is nothing like what is advertised and is not worth the price I price I paid and I am not supposed to lose R1407 for nothing???? This is a lot of money, especially considering that I am getting nothing in return. I could have gotten a decent set from Volpes and @home for this amount.

I have not received any of my money and all I want is the R3769 I paid for the set, I am willing for forget about the delivery charges, they cannot charge me 25% for their own inefficiencies. If the set looked the same as it did on their catalogue I would have gladly kept it.
