What kind of a place is this?

In June this year, i enquired about buying bedding on a payment plan from PresLes, dealing with a lady called Simmi. A week later i had asked her to cancel the order in which she assured me everything is in order and it was cancelled. 6 Weeks later i get a very big surprise when a parcel is delivered to me from PresLes. When i opened the parcel everything i initially ordered was in the box, with a few extra items i only ENQUIRED about. All at a much higher price than initially quoted. I then called and asked for it to be returned. Only to be told i have to pay to return it. After speaking to a very helpful lady at the call centre, Simmi arranged for my parcel to be collected, on the 26th of JULY. Well guess what guys, more than a month after them receiving their bedding back, my account gets debited..... So now i dont have the bedding, nor do i have my money... These people are ********S!!!!
